The Brief

With thousands of crew across many ships, the task of inducting new staff member (or ‘on-boarding’), can be a challenge.

To meet this challenge, Juicy produced a Day-In-The-Life video to demonstrate how a cruise ship operates 24 hours a day, and the various jobs and different types of shifts that people might undertake.

The training video follows crew members from different departments as they navigate the back-of-house areas and go about their day-to-day lives. The video was also designed to manage the expectations of potential crew members during the recruitment process.
