The Brief

P&O Cruises wanted to stand apart from traditional customer service training programs.

They wanted a full concept brand and messaging campaign that focused on their crew members’ attitudes to their work and how they viewed themselves.

Building on the successful initial program delivery by Juicy in 2013, P&O needed to update and refresh the video, branding, messaging and song for their staff in 2019.
