P&O Cruises approached Juicy to help overhaul their customer service training program. Moving away from the industry’s traditional, formulaic approach, they wanted their in-house training to transform their culture, fostering a sense of genuine value and self-worth in their frontline staff.
They came to Juicy looking for a full-concept brand and messaging campaign to support their training program. By focusing on the journeys of individual crew members, we created a campaign that captured the positive work culture and sense of pride that P&O employees feel.
Building on the successful program we delivered in 2013, Juicy returned in 2019 to refresh the video and messaging, design new branding, and write and record a new theme song, performed by the P&O crew choir.
