Brief
Each year when university students graduate, there is fierce competition amongst corporate and government agencies to recruit the best and brightest our institutions have to offer.
The Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW have their eyes on graduates from finance, engineering, law and business degrees, and understand that they need to attract candidates who are being courted by top-tier law firms and high-profile consulting practices.
RTA engaged Juicy to produce a series of shareable clips that would help job seekers in their search, and position the RTA as an employer of choice.
We worked with their existing range of graduates and staff (non-actors) to show how a career at the RTA is an enriching and challenging one.
